摘要
自2006年以来,在全国绝大多数省市区都提出建设创新型省份的背景下,本文阐述了当前提出建设创新型新疆的战略意义和紧迫性,从"创新型省份"与"建设创新型省份"的内涵关系入手,结合新疆区域发展特点,阐释了创新型新疆的内涵和建设创新型新疆的战略定位,在此基础上提出了当前建设创新型新疆的着力点,以及推进创新型新疆建设的几点建议。
Under the background of constructing innovative provinces,this paper expounds the strategic significance and urgency to establish innovative Xinjiang.Through analyzing the theoretical relationship between ＂innovative provinces＂ and ＂constructing innovative province＂,and combining the characteristics of regional development in Xinjiang,the paper explains the strategic positioning of constructing innovative Xinjiang,and puts forward some key points and suggestions for constructing innovative Xinjiang.
