石化企业海边建设风电场调研探析

Survey and Analysis on Establishing Wind Farm at the Seashore of Petrochemical Enterprises

处于沿海地域并拥有自发电装置的大型石化企业具有建设风电场的独特优势。文章研究了政府政策优势和国家发展建设风电场绿色能源的规划,调研了风电场建设方面自身条件,进行了选址、规模、环境和成本等因素的分析,为石化企业建设海边风电场前期工作进行了探索。

Large scale petrochemical enterprises located in seashore area and have own power station have particular superiority for establishing wind farm. This paper studied the superiorities in government＇ s policy and thestate＇ s programming on developing wind farm green energy resource, surveyed the conditions required for the enterprises, and analyzed the factors as address selection, scale, environment and cost, aiming to providebasis for the petrochemical enterprises＇ preparation work of establishing seashore wind farm.
