摘要
我国燃煤电厂传统脱硫技术(如石灰石湿法脱硫)存在投运成本高、施工周期长、对场地要求高等问题,难以满足不同锅炉,尤其是中小型锅炉的脱硫要求。文章介绍了一种紧凑型高效液剂脱硫技术及其在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司热电事业部5A炉进行的应用试验情况。结果表明,该脱硫技术可使装置的脱硫效率达到95%,并能弥补传统脱硫技术的不足,尤其适用于场地紧缺的中小型锅炉,也可用作辅助或应急用脱硫装置,具有广阔的工业应用前景。
As the traditional desulfurization technology (eg. limestone wet process desulfurization ) adopted by Chinese coal - fired power plants have problems of high operation cost, long construction period, and high demand on site, which is difficult to meet the desulfurization requirements of different boilers, especially medium and smallsized boilers. This paper introduced a compact high efficient liquor desulfurization technology and its application in 5A boiler in Thermal Power Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited. Experimental result showed that this technology could improve the desulfurization efficiency of boiler to 95 %, and could compensate the deficiencies of traditional desulfurization technology, which was especially suitable for medium and smallsized boilers, and could also act as auxiliary or emergency desulfurization units, so it had good prospect for commercial utilization.
