摘要
在单管装置上对CTV-Ⅵ型醋酸乙烯催化剂进行模拟试验,研究不同工况条件下催化剂的性能,寻找适合CTV-Ⅵ型催化剂的工艺条件。评价结果表明,在3 500 h-1空速条件下,催化剂的空时产率达到了15 t/(m3.d),反应选择性达到94%以上。试验前后催化剂的物性和晶相结构无明显变化,表明该催化剂具有良好的稳定性,适合长周期运行。
Analog experiment was conducted on CTV - VI vinyl acetate catalyst in single - tube plant to study the performance of catalyst under different processing conditions and find out the most appropriate processing conditions for CTV - VI catalyst. Result of assessment showed that at the air speed of 3500 h -1, the space - time yield of catalyst reached 15 t/(m3 ·d) , and the reaction selectivity was up to over 94%. The physical properties and crystalline phase of the catalyst had no significant change before and after the experiment, which showed that the catalyst had good stability and was suitable for longterm operation.
