摘要 采用机械活化+热压烧结方法制备出Fe3Si基Fe3-xCrxSi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)合金,用X-射线衍射分析其物相,通过浸泡腐蚀和电化学腐蚀研究其耐蚀性能,并用扫描电镜观察其腐蚀后的表面形貌.结果表明:Fe3-xCrxSi的主相仍是Fe3Si,晶体结构不变;随着Cr含量的增加,Fe3-xCrxSi的耐蚀性能增加,说明采用元素Cr进行合金化,一定程度上提高Fe3Si基合金在H2SO4溶液中的耐蚀性能;随着H2SO4溶液物质的量浓度的增加,Fe3-xCrxSi耐腐蚀性能增加. Alloys Fe3-xCrxSi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)were prepared with the method of mechanical activation combined with hot-pressed sintering.Their phase was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction,the corrosion resistance performance of alloys was investigated with soak corrosion and electrochemical corrosion,and their surficial morphology after corrosion was observed with scanning electron microscope.The result showed that after the addition of Cr,the crystal structure was not changed and the main phase was still Fe3Si.With the increase of the content of Cr,the corrosion resistance of Fe3-xCrxSi alloys was enhanced,showing that choosing Cr as alloying element,the corrosion resistance of Fe3Si alloys in sulphuric-acid solution would be enhanced to some extent.With the increase of concentration of H2SO4 in the solution,the corrosion resistance of Fe3Si-based alloy would be increased,also.
