摘要
企业教练是通过一系列有方向性、有策略性的管理技术过程,完善员工的心智模式,向内挖掘潜能,向外发现可能性,令员工实现自我超越、自我突破,从而提升企业效益。在科尔布的学习周期理论指导下,确定合理的企业教练在岗带教过程,为中国人寿创建企业大学具体实施企业教练在岗带教提供操作参考,通过明确在岗带教目标任务、商定在岗带教实施标准、制定在岗带教计划、具体开展带教活动、活动回顾及反馈、全面评价及终止六个阶段具体实施。
Business coaching is a process of managerial technology with a series of directionality and strat- egy and a mind model of improving employees, tapping the potential inwards and discovering possibility out- wards. This encourages employees surpassing themselves and breaking through themselves and enhances the ben- efits of the enterprise. Under the guidance of Coble' s learning cycle theory, the enterprise confirms a reasonable business coach teaching on job, which provides an operational reference of carrying a business coach teaching on job for China Life to build an enterprise university. There are six specific stages, such as making sure the goal and task of teaching on job, deciding the standards of teaching on job, stipulating the plan of teaching on job, holding teaching activities, reviewing activities and giving feedback and making comprehensive evaluation and termination.
