盐湖盐水中的挥发性及半挥发性有机化合物的鉴定

摘要 采用固相萃取技术测定中国察尔汗盐湖盐水中的有机组分。多孔聚合物吸附剂LC-C18(非极性)和XAD树脂用于萃取盐湖卤水中的有机化合物。通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)鉴定了包括烃、酯、醇、酮以及某些低相对分子质量的含杂原子的有机化合物等多种物质。LC-C18柱和XAD柱萃取萘-D10的平均回收率分别为93%和79%。 Solid-phase extraction was used to screen the organic species in the brine of Qarhan Salt Lakes of China.Porous polymer sorbents LC-C18(nonpolar) and XAD resins were applied for extracting the organic compounds from the brine of the salt lake.A number of substances,including hydrocarbon,esters,alcohols,ketones,as well as some low-molecular-weight organic compounds with heteroatoms,were extracted from the salt lake brine and were identified by GC-MS.The average recoveries for naphthalene-D10 extracted by the LC-C18 cartridges and XAD column were 93% and 79%,respectively.
