国家基本药物在某二级综合医院的应用研究

Utilization of National Essential Drugs in A Second Grade General Hospital

目的:通过对国家基本药物在某二级综合医院的应用分析,为促进基本药物在综合医院的推广使用提供参考。方法:统计该院2009年基本药物的使用品种数目及金额,分析其价格构成状况以及对《国家基本药物目录》的配备情况。结果:2009年该院使用基本药物品种数目比例为23.21%,使用金额比例为13.52%,单价10元以下的基本药物使用品种数目构成比为68.16%,对基本药物目录品种的配备使用率为53.10%。结论:基本药物在该院的临床应用水平有待进一步提高。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization of national essential drugs in a second grade general hospital in order to provide reference for promoting the use of national essential drugs in the general hospital.METHODS： The drug varieties and consumption sum of the national essential drugs were analyzed statistically,and the price structure of the drugs and the rate of using national essential drugs were analyzed as well.RESULTS： During 2009,23.21% of the total varieties of national essential drugs were used in this hospital,and the national essential drugs accounted for 13.52% in terms of consumption sum.Medicines priced below 10 Yuan accounted for 68.16%.The rate of using the national essential medicines was 53.10%.CONCLUSION： The clinical use of national essential drugs in this hospital remains to be improved further.
