复方苦参注射液联合ABVD方案治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床观察

Efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with ABVD Regimen for Hodgkin Lymphoma

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合ABVD方案治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效及毒性。方法:98例霍奇金淋巴瘤患者按随机抽样法分为复方苦参注射液联合ABVD方案组(A组)和ABVD方案组(B组),A组:48例患者接受ABVD方案(阿霉素25 mg.m-2,静脉注射,d1,15;博来霉素10 mg.m-2,静脉注射,d1,15;长春新碱6 mg.m-2,静脉注射,d1,15;达卡巴嗪375 mg.m-2,静脉注射,d1,15),同时给予复方苦参注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液内静脉滴注,d1～14。B组:50例患者接受ABVD方案化疗同A组,不应用复方苦参注射液。2组均以28 d为1个周期,化疗4个周期。结果:A组CR为34例(70.8%)、PR为11例(22.9%)、SD为2例(4.2%)、PD为1例(2.1%),有效率为93.7%;B组CR为25例(50%)、PR为9例(18%)、SD为12例(24%)、PD为4例(8%),有效率为68%。结论:复方苦参注射液联合ABVD方案治疗霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤疗效较好,患者可耐受。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficiency and toxicity of Compound Kushen injection plus ABVD regimen for Hodgkin lymphoma（HL）.METHODS： A total of 98 HL patients were enrolled,of whom,48 were randomly assigned to receive ABVD regimen [Adriamycin（25 mg·m-2） plus Bleomycin（10 mg·m-2）,vincristine（6 mg·m-2） and dacarbazine（375 mg·m-2） intravenously on day 1 and day 15] plus Compound Kushen injection（20 mL） which was added into 5% glucose injection（group A）,and another 50 to receive ABVD regimen alone（group B）.Both groups received chemotherapy for a total of 4 cycles（one treatment cycle=28 days）.RESULTS： The effective rate in group A was 93.7%,with CR（complete response） in 34 patients（70.8%）,PR（partial respons） in 11（22.9%）,SD（stable disease） in 2（4.2%） and PD（progressive disease） in 1（2.1%）,as compcared with the total effective rate of 68%,CR in 25 patients（50%）,PR in 9（18%）,SD in 12（24%） and PD in 4（8%） of the control group.CONCLUSION： Compound Kushen injection combined with ABVD regimen was an effective regimen with tolerable toxicity in the treatment of patients with Hodgkin lymphoma.
