门诊不合格处方分析

Analysis of Outpatient Unqualified Prescriptions

目的:调查北京市通州区妇幼保健院门诊处方用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据2007年5月1日实施的《处方管理办法》、药品说明书及公开出版的文献资料,对2010年1—6月门诊不合格处方进行分析。结果:抽查处方19 687张,其中不合格处方669张,占抽查处方的3.4%。结论:处方合格率完成年初制定的>95%指标,但还存在一些问题,有待进一步提高。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the outpatient drug use in outpatient prescriptions in Beijing Tongzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital so as to provide reference for clinic rational drug use.METHODS：The unqualified outpatient prescriptions of our hospital from January to June in 2010 were analyzed in accordance with the Prescription Administrative Policy enforced since May 1,2007,drug package inserts and the published literature.RESULTS：Of the total 19 687 prescriptions checked,669（3.4%） were unqualified ones.CONCLUSION：The qualification rate of prescriptions in our hospital met the goal of 95% established at the beginning of the year,however,there were still some problems which remain to be tackled.
