真空断路器切除电容器组的两相重燃仿真 被引量:6

摘要 真空断路器在切除电容器组等容性负载时,断路器的介质恢复强度不能承受恢复电压的作用,将会导致触头之间电弧重燃,在负载上产生严重的过电压。研究了重燃过电压的特性,参考典型220 kV变电站的电气接线及设备参数,应用PSCAD软件对真空断路器切除并联电容器组时导致两相重燃的过程进行了仿真。对过电压的最严重情况进行计算,仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,给出了电容器上重燃过电压的最大值,为分析电容器的击穿故障提供参考。 When vacuum breakers cut off capacitor banks,if the dielectric recovery strength of vacuum breakers is less than the recovery voltage,it will result in arc reignition between contactors,and serious over-voltage on load.In this paper,the characteristics of over-voltage are researched.Referring to the wiring and equipment parameters of a typical 220kV substation,the two-phase arc reignition due to capacitor banks being cut off by vacuum breaker is simulated on PSCAD.The most serious situation of over-voltage is analyzed.The simulation results are basically the same as the theoretical analysis results.The maximum in over-voltage on capacitor banks by arc reignition is given,which provided a reference for analyzing the breakdown fault of capacitors.
