依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Clinical observation of edaravone combining with Shuxietong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的观察依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 68例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组32例,观察组36例,均给予降脂药、脱水剂、降压药及各种对症药物等治疗,对照组静脉滴注复方丹参注射液和低分子右旋糖酐,观察组静脉滴注依达拉奉和疏血通。采用简式Fugl-Meyer评定法(FMA)、Batthel指数(MBI)对治疗前后两组患者进行评分。结果对照组显效率68.75%,观察组显效率86.11%。治疗后对照组MBI、FMA评分分别为(71.4±16.7)分、(67.4±9.3)分,观察组MBI、FMA评分分别为(83.7±18.9)分、(76.0±10.2)分。结论依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死,可显著提高患者的MBI、FMA评分,改善预后。

Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone combing with Shuxietong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 32 cases,and the observation group had 36 cases.All of the patiens in the two group accepted the regular treatment including lipid-lowering medication,dehydrant,antihypertensive drugs and a couple of other conventional therapy method.The control group additionally got the intravenous dose of complicated Danshen injection and low molecular dextran,and the experiment group was intravenously administrated with drip edaravone and Shuxietong.To compare the clinical effect,we used Fugl-Meyer evaluation method（FMA） and Batthel index（MBI） to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.Results The results showed that the efficiency of the control group was 68.75%,and 86.11% of the experiment group.After treatment,the observation group MBI score reached to 83.7±18.9 and the FMA score reached to 76.0±10.2,both of which were significantly higher than those in the control group treated with a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Edaravone combining with Shuxietong can significantly improve the patients on neurobehavioral scores and BI index score,and also on the prognosis.It exhibited a statistically significant difference to the control group（P0.05）.
