综合护理干预措施在呼吸衰竭患者中应用研究

Research of the comprehensive nursing intervention measures used in respiratory failure patients

目的观察护理干预措施在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法将47例呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予一般护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预措施。结果对照组患者满意率73.91%,观察组患者满意率91.67%;对照组治疗成功率60.87%,观察组治疗成功率79.17%;对照组并发症发病率21.74%,观察组并发症发病率4.17%。结论呼吸衰竭患者给予综合护理干预措施可提高患者满意率、治疗成功率,降低了并发症的发病率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of the nursing intervention measuresused in respiratory failure patients.Methods 47 respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were given general care,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results The satisfaction rate of control group was 73.91%,and the observation group＇s was 91.67%.The Success rate of control group was 60.87%,and the observation group＇s was 79.17%.The complication rate of control group was 21.74%,and the observation group＇s was 4.17%.Conclusions The respiratory failure patients given comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the success rate of treatment,satisfaction rate and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth in clinical application.
