STP策略在企业发展过程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 现代市场是一个综合体,是多层次多元化的消费需求集合体,任何企业都无法满足所有的需求,所以,企业应该根据不同需求购买力等因素把市场分为由相似需求构成的消费群,即若干子市场。随后企业需要将产品定位在目标消费者偏好的位置上。这也就是STP策略。所以,对于各个企业来说STP策略是成相当重要的,这也就形成了本次论文的意义所在。本文详细阐述了STP策略的研究背景与意义,STP策略的产生与发展,以及提出了STP策略在新产品开发过程中的应用以及存在的问题及对策。
