肾力欣颗粒对肾切除复制慢性肾功能衰竭模型大鼠的防治作用

Preventive and therapeutic effects of Shenlixin Granules on chronic renal failure rats caused by nephrectomy

目的:研究肾力欣颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭模型大鼠的防治作用。方法:切除大鼠右肾,并同时切除1/3左肾,制备慢性肾功能衰竭模型。连续给药灌胃8周,观察肾力欣颗粒对模型大鼠的尿量、体重、血清中肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)含量及肾脏组织的影响。结果:肾力欣颗粒能显著抑制模型大鼠的体重减轻和尿量减少现象,降低血清中Cr、BUN含量及肾脏指数,对肾脏组织有较为明显的保护作用。结论:肾力欣颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭有良好的防治作用。

Objective： To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Shenlixin Granules on chronic renal failure rats.Methods： The chronic renal failure rat models were caused by extirpating the right kidney and one third of the left kidney.The rats were administrated for 8 weeks according to the dose.After the treatment of Shenlixin Granules the body weight,urine volume,the content of Cr and BUN in serum and renal index of models were examined.Results： Shenlixin Granules could obviouslv inhibit the decrease of body weight and urine volume of the models,reduce the content of Cr and BUN in serum,reduce renal index and had obvious protective effect on the rena1 tissue.Conclusions： Shenlixin Granules has a preventive and therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure.
