小儿急性感染性疾病中血清铁浓度变化观察

Observation on the Change in Serum Iron Concentration of Children with Acute Infectious Diseases

目的观察小儿感染性疾病中血清铁水平的变化情况。方法选取2008年7月～2011年7月来我院就诊的感染性疾病患儿195例作为观察组,选取同期来我医院进行健康体检的健康儿童195例作为研究的对照组,检测两组研究对象的血清铁水平并进行比较。结果与对照组血清铁水平及血清铁下降率比较,观察组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组中研究对象的血清铁数值均在正常范围内。结论小儿的血清铁水平在急性感染性疾病中出现下降,临床上要尽量避免在急慢性感染期间对患儿进行血清铁的检测,要各方面综合分析缺铁性贫血中血清铁的诊断价值,提高诊断准确性。

Objective To observe the change in serum iron concentration of children with acute infectious diseases. Methods All 195 cases with acute infectious diseases from July 2008 to July 2011 in our hospital were selected to be as the observation group, we selected 195 normal healthy children in our hospital for the same period as the control group, we detected and compared the serum iron concentration in two groups of children. Results Compared with control group, serum iron levels and rate of decline in serum iron in the observation group were significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups in the study of serum iron values were within the normal range. Conclusion The serum iron levels in children with acute infectious diseases in decline, should be avoided in clinical acute and chronic infection of children with serum iron test, to a comprehensive analysis of serum iron in all aspects of the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia, improve accuracy, avoid misdiagnosis.
