在宫颈液基细胞学中检测念珠菌的染色方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较在宫颈液基细胞学(TCT)中检测阴道念珠菌的三种病理学染色方法。方法采用巴氏染色、PAS染色、六胺银染色对本院21例念珠菌性阴道炎的宫颈液基薄层细胞片进行染色对比。结果上述三种方法均可显示宫颈液基薄层细胞片中的念珠菌,其中巴氏染色中念珠菌呈现隐约的嗜伊红色到灰棕色,较难辨别;PAS染色法显示的念珠菌呈紫红色;六胺银染色显示的念珠菌呈黑褐色,在镜下极易辨认。结论六胺银法是显示宫颈液基薄层细胞片中阴道念珠菌的最佳方法。 Objective To compare three histopathological staining methods in demonstrating Candida albicans in vaginal by cervical liquid-based cytology. Methods Papanicolaou method, periodic acid-Schiff ( PAS ) method and Grocott-Gomori Hexamethylene Tetramine nitric acid silver method were carried out in cervical liquid-based cytology from 21 cases of vaginitis. Results All these methods demonstrated Candida albicans infection, Papanicolaou method showed unclear pink cell body which were difficult to be found, and PAS method showed violet-red body, and Grocott-Gomori Hexamethylene Tetramine nitric acid silver method presented clear dark black picture which was easy to be distinguished from other components. Conclusion Grocott-Gomori Hexamethylene Tetramine nitric acid silver method is the best method in staining Candida albicans in vaginal by cervical liquid-based cytology.
