Investigation on knowledge of blood transfusion among ICU nurses

目的:分析ICU护士对输血安全的认知情况和需求,为不同层次的护士进行针对性强的安全输血培训提供参考。方法:从11个方面自行设计输血安全护理方面的问卷,调查2家医院ICU护理单元共83名护士对安全输血的认知程度以及相关培训的需求。结果:2家医院ICU护士均对安全输血的理论知识掌握比较好,但是在侧重于实际应用的输血知识上掌握程度不一,绝大部分护士对此方面的输血知识和法律个案有较强兴趣和培训需求。结论:对于不同层次的护士,应采取多种方式开展不同形式和内容的输血相关性培训和教育,内容更应该侧重实际应用和临床法律个案,以便进一步减少护理输血风险。

Objective：To investigate the knowledge and needs of blood transfusion among ICU nurses in order to provide a reference about carrying on safe transfusion education of the reasonable and well-targeted for the different level nurse.Method：The questionnaire of blood transfusion was designed in eleven aspects to investigate the knowledge and needs of 83 nurses form ICU unit of two hospitals.Result：ICU nurses of two hospitals had a better understanding of the theoretical knowledge on safe blood transfusion,but they mastered different levels about the practical application of blood transfusion.The vast majority of nurses had interest and demand of the knowledge about the practical application of blood transfusion.Conclusion：For the different levels of nurses,the training and education of transfusion-related should be carried out in various ways and different forms,the training and education should be focused on the practical applications and clinical legal cases to decrease the risk of transfusion care.
