摘要
文章着重介绍了农村医疗机构医疗安全管理的三大策略不良事件管理、医疗安全管理体系构建、患者安全目标管理,以期通过不良事件的报告、监测与警讯制度,以及患者安全目标管理的认证,来搭建农村医疗机构的医疗安全管理体系,保障农村医疗安全,保障人民群众的生命、健康权益。
This paper particularly presented three strategies of medical safety management in rural medical institutions, including management of adverse event, construction of medical safety management system, and goal management of patient safety. These strategies will constitute the medical safety management system in rural medical institutions, by means of reporting adverse events, making the system of monitor and alert, as well as attesting patient safety, so that to protect the rural health safety, and to protect people＇s lives and health rights.
