摘要
有效的双向转诊的推进,能够实现病人的合理分流,并且确立"小病在社区,大病在医院"的合理格局。这本来是我国从医疗卫生体系出发,制定的一项可行性高,有多项重大意义的医疗制度。但自实施以来,却不断面临新的问题与挑战。要让双向转诊发挥更大的作用,必须要从多方面进行改进。
The effective two-way referral will guide citizens to seek medical services in a reasonable way, so that to establish the appropriate pattern of ＂minor illness in the community, serious illness in the hospital＂. It would have been a feasible and significant medical system on the basis of our national healthcare practice, but it has continuously faced new issues and challenges since its implementation. To make the two-way referral play a greater role in medical services must improve it from various aspects.
