摘要
本文首先对印度医疗卫生服务体系概况进行描述,结合印度药物政策大背景,对印度最具有特色的基本药物模式——德里模式进行案例式介绍,重点对德里模式的实施步骤进行剖析,实施步骤包括:遴选基本药品目录用药;建立集中招标采购系统;引进质量保证系统;合理处方培训;为医生以及患者提供药品信息;开发标准治疗指南;监测与评价。
This paper describes the India＇s health care system, and combines with the background of the pharmaceutical policy of India, emphasizes on Delhi model which is successful because of the essential drug promotion, and researches on the Delhi model following the line of essential medicine formulary decision making, establishing the price bidding system, setting up the medicine quality assurance system, and training for rational prescribing, providing medicine information for doctors and patients, developing the guideline to standardized treatment, monitoring and evaluating, etc.
