循证护理在预防经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨循证护理方法对预防经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后并发症的影响。方法将本院182例实施TURP的患者,随机分为对照组(80例)和实验组(102例)。对照组采用传统护理法,实验组采用循证护理法,即明确问题,寻求证据,引入并应用证据制定出适合患者实际情况的护理计划,并提供相应的护理措施,不断加以总结并比较观察2组并发症的发生率。结果实验组术后膀胱痉挛、尿失禁、尿路感染等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论运用循证护理方法可避免护理工作的盲目性,有效地减少TURP术后并发症。
