针灸综合治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

The observation and nursing experience on herpes zoster with comprehensive therapy of acupuncture

目的观察针灸综合治疗方案对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法将120例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组运用电针、点刺水疱、艾灸综合治疗并配合针灸护理;对照组内服盐酸伐昔洛韦片、醋酸泼尼松,外用阿昔洛韦乳膏。10d后观察总体疗效及患者的皮损结痂时间、脱痂时间和疼痛消失时间。结果治疗组的痊愈率(65.5%)和有效率(96.5%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者的皮损结痂时间、脱痂时间和疼痛消失时间也优于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论针灸综合治疗带状疱疹效果显著,皮疹消退快,疼痛缓解快。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect on herpes zoster with comprehensive methods of acupuncture.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group were treated by acupuncture,needle blisters,moxibustion,and special nursing.While the control group were treated by hydrochloric acid valaciclovir and prednisolone acetate,acyclovir ointment。Then compared their clinical effects,the time of crusts forming and exuviating,pain lasting after 10 days.Results The cure rate and effective rate in experimental group were 65.5% and 96.5% respectively,they were significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.The duration of crusts forming and exuviating,pain lasting in the experimental group were obviously shorter than those in control group（P0.01） respectively.Conclusion Comprehensive methods of acupuncture on herpes zoster are effective,which have the advantages of removing tetter and relieving pain.
