鼻内镜下鼻甲成形术的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经鼻内镜下鼻甲成形术与传统下鼻甲部分切除术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析诊断为慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者160例,52例接受传统下鼻甲部分切除术,108例行鼻内镜下鼻甲成形术,术后从鼻塞近期及远期疗效进行疗效评估。结果近期疗效观察组有效率为92.6%,对照组为90.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);远期疗效观察组有效率为91.7%,对照组为80.8%,差异有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜下鼻甲成形术远期疗效明显优于传统下鼻甲部分切除术,临床效果好,手术符合临床生理功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of endoscopic turbinoplasty and conventional turbinectomy,for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital diagnosis of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis 160,52 underwent partial resection of inferior turbinate traditional,routine endoscopic turbinate 108 angioplasty,surgery and long-term effects from the nasal to the recent assessment of the efficacy.Results Short-term efficacy group was 92.6%,control group 90.3%,P 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,long-term efficacy group was 91.7%,80.8% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Endoscopic turbinate angioplasty is superior to the traditional long-term efficacy part of the inferior turbinate resection,clinical effect,the physiological function to clinical surgery,worthy of promotion.
