感控员在重症医学科预防院内感染管理中的作用

Infection control staff in the prevention of nosocomial infections in intensive medicine management role

目的研究护理感控员在重症医学科院内感染管理中的作用,以减低院内感染发生率。方法根据重症医学科院内感染的特点和危险因素,感控员认真完善感控管理制度,着力落实感控措施,细致开展院内感染管理工作。结果重症医学科通过有效的感控管理,从各环节减少了医院院内感染的发生。与之前进行卡方对比统计,有统计学意义(P<0.05),体现了护理感控员在控制医院院内感染管理中能起到关键作用。结论通过找出相关的危险因素,严格管理并建立健全感控管理制度,更好地落实感控措施,能有效降低感染率,提高医疗护理质量,缩短患者的治疗时间。

Objective To study the infection control staff in intensive care medicine,the role of the management of nosocomial infections,to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.Methods According to the characteristics and risk factors of infection in hospital,infection control staff should improve infection control management system,efforts to implement infection control measures,and detailed to carry out the management of nosocomial infections.Results Pediatric Intensive Care through effective infection control management from all sectors to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.Compared with the previous chi-square statistics,had statistically significant（P 0.05）,reflecting the care and control of hospital infection control staff in the management of nosocomial infections could play a critical role.Conclusion By identifying the relevant risk factors,strict management and establish a sense of control management system,and better implement infection control measures can effectively reduce infection rates,improve health care quality,reduce patient treatment time.
