我国高等教育资源配置差异影响因素的多层线性模型分析

An HLM Analysis of Disparities in the Resources Allocation of China's Higher Education

针对我国高等教育资源配置的非均衡格局日趋严峻的现状,本研究结合"政府、市场、大学"三个视角,利用多层线性模型,对高等教育资源配置差异及其影响机制展开实证研究。研究结果表明:高等教育资源配置差异是区域层面的政府和市场因素与院校层面的机构特征等多层次因素共同作用的结果,其中,区域层面的因素能够解释三分之一以上的差异,并且区域层面因素对院校层面因素有显著影响。

Based on the imbalanced resources allocation of China＇s higher education, this study conducts an empirical research on the disparities in resources allocation of higher education and the influencing mechanism through hierarchical linear model, combined with the perspectives of ＂government-market-university＂. The research shows that disparities in the resources allocation of higher education are the result of multilevel factors such as region-level government, market factor and colleges. And the region-level factor can explain one-third of the above disparities and have a direct influence on the school level factor.
