摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》及《中等职业教育改革创新行动计划(2010—2012行动计划》提出未来十年我国职业教育发展要以公益性、普惠性为导向,形成面向人人、面向社会、惠及全民的公平职业教育,改革的方向是提高职业教育服务社会、服务国家、服务产业的功能与作用,创新的着力点是进行体制机制改革、人才培养体制改革、教育教学管理改革,最终完善中国特色的职业教育体系。
National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development and Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Action Plan （Action Plan 2010-2012） propose that the basic point of China＇s vocational education development in the future ten years takes the public welfare and common benefits as the guidance and forms the fair vocational education for everyone, society and all the people benefit. The direction of the reform is to improve the function and role of vocational education serving society, country and service industry. The start point of the innovation is to conduct the institutional reform, personnel training reform, teaching management reform, and eventually to perfect the vocational educa- tion system with Chinese characteristics.
