摘要
本文使用非自愿就业概念来解释和测度就业质量。本文认为,虽然非自愿就业尚未受到学界的充分关注,但非自愿就业现象却在现实生活中大量存在并一定程度上导致了就业质量问题的产生。非自愿就业可以充分利用价格这一信息收集机制,通过对大学生的实际工资和保留工资进行量化处理,使关于就业质量的大量微观变量集结为宏观模式,从而建构起一个基于非自愿就业、可收敛、可量化、可操作的大学生就业质量监测方案。
The article proposes the concept of Involuntary Employment to analyze and evaluate the quality of employment. This article believes that the ubiquitous phenomenon about Involuntary Employment, which has not received academic acknowledgement or attention, has affected the quality of the employment. According to Involuntary Employment, the means of price information collecting can be fully exploited by quantifying the actual wage and the retaining wage of university graduates and gather up the numerous micro variables about the quality of employment into macro models. Thus, a convergent quantifiable operable method based on Involuntary Employment can be established to investigate the employment quality of university graduates.
