摘要
针对700mm以上的高料层烧结过程中,出现烧结过程料层透气性恶化的问题,在太钢技术中心进行了采用支撑板改善烧结过程料层透气性的烧结杯试验研究,试验结果表明:采用350mm高度支架支撑作用效果最好,料层收缩显著降低,利用系数提高了15.2%,转鼓强度保持原有水平,烧结矿冶金性能改善。
Aimed to bad permeability in sintering process while the bed of material is above 700 mm,a new technology-supporting sintering process was presented in this paper.The influence of stand-support and its height on technico-economic-indices were also studied under laboratory condition.The results showed that applying 350 mm stand-support was best;the bed shrinkage was decreased obviously;the productivity increased by maximum 15.2% and the drum index retained former level.The metallurgical properties of sinter were improved.
