摘要
认为气滞血瘀、痰浊热毒结聚于筋骨脏腑的"不通则痛"和气血虚弱、不能荣养脏腑经络的"不荣则痛"是癌性疼痛病机的虚实两端。据此提出治疗癌性疼痛的关键是调和气血、驱痰散瘀、辅以固本,并详述其治法方药。
It thinks that the blood stasis,phlegm and toxic heat in the bones and organs gather for the＂pain from stasis＂,and the weaked of Qi and blood which cannot nourith organs and meridians support the＂non-wing is pain＂ is pathogenesis of the pain.Accordingly,the key to treatment of cancer pain is reconcile Qi and blood,expelling phlegm stasis,combined with the strengths and details of its treatment and formulas.
