摘要
目的探讨清胰汤联合生长抑素对治疗急性轻型胰腺炎的疗效影响。方法前瞻性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院于2010年8月至2011年4月期间内收治的70例急性轻型胰腺炎患者的有效临床资料,按单双日入院随机分成两组,对照组给予生长抑素进行常规治疗,另一组给予生长抑素联合清胰汤进行治疗。观察、比较两组患者的疗效.结果生长抑素联合清胰汤组症状有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状腹痛缓解时间的差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组血清淀粉酶值恢复正常的时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论清胰汤为有效的治疗急性轻型胰腺炎的药物,联合生长抑素治疗急性轻型胰腺炎可缩短病程。
Objective To explore the curative effect of somatostatin combines with pancreatic clear soup on acute pancreatitis patients.Methods Prospective analysis of 70 cases of acute pancreatitis patients collected by department of emergency surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2010 to April 2011.The cases were divined into two groups by single and double days.The control group were treated with somatostatin as convention therapy,the other were treated with somatostatin combines with pancreatic clear soup.The curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and abdominal pain relief time of somatostatin combine with pancreatic clear soup group was higher than the control（P0.05）,while the difference of serum amylase recover time was not significant（P0.05）.
