珠三角产业升级与人力资本相互影响机制分析——基于东莞的微观证据 被引量:21

摘要 珠三角地区正在进行产业转型升级,人力资本同产业升级的匹配程度以及人力资本水平的提升对产业转型升级的作用程度是其核心。技术升级会导致人力资本收益水平提高,从而导致人力资本投资增加;同时,人力资本水平和匹配程度对企业技术进步和企业收益提升有促进作用。运用mincer模型对2010年东莞实地调研数据分析发现,人力资本同产业升级不匹配时会对产业升级产生阻碍作用,而同样的人力资本在现代产业体系中的收益率为9.4%,高于传统产业的7.3%,其他人力资本投资形式也有显著差异。现代产业对于高水平的人才有较大的吸附力,较高的人力资本积累,并同技术进步相匹配才有利于产业转型升级的实现。 The Pearl River Delta region is trying to restructure and upgrade the industrial structure. The matching level of human capital with industrial upgrading and the contribution of upgrading of human capital to the industrial transformation and upgrading are the core. This paper will analyse the internal impacting mechanism of human capital, technology upgrading and industrial upgrading, based on theory deduction and data analysis. We think that technology upgrading would increase the return of human capital investment, and as a result, it would promote human capital investment; on the other hand, the level of human capital and the matching level of human capital with industrial upgrading would have good influence on technology upgrading and the return of corporate investment. In this paper, authors use mincer model, based on the research data in Dongguan in 2010, and find that when human capital does not match with the industrial upgrading, it will hinder the role of industrial upgrading. The return of the same human capital in modern industrial system has the yield of 9.4%, higher than 7.3% in the traditional industries. Other forms of investment in human capital are also significantly different. Modern industry has a greater adsorption for high level talent. Higher human capital accumulation and matching with technology upgrading can help the realization of industrial transformation and upgrading.
