摘要
以二氧化硅为包裹相,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备新型无毒铁红粉彩色料,研究了硅溶胶酸碱度、铁源、Si/Fe摩尔比等对色料呈色的影响,并采用XRD、TEM、分光光度计等分析手段对色料进行了表征。结果表明:以氧化铁为着色剂,工艺参数为pH=3,Si/Fe=4.0条件下合成的色料,与基础熔剂按照15∶85的百分比混合后的颜料经彩烤后红度值较高;此外,所得铁红色料具有核壳结构的包裹形态,以氧化铁为核,以含有大量细小SiO2晶粒的SiO2玻璃为壳。
Using SiO2 as cladding materials,The nuisanceless Ferric Oxide Red famille-rose pigment was synthesized by sol-gel technique.The influence of pH of silica sols,iron source and Si/Fe molar ratio on color generation of pigments were investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and VIS spectrophotometer were employed to characterize the as-prepared pigments.The results reveal that the package ferric oxide red pigments are of preferable redness value(a*) after decorating firing when Fe2O3 is used as iron source.The optimized technological parameters are pH value of 3,Si/Fe molar ratio of 4.0 and the basic flux additive amount of 85%.Meanwhile,it was found that a large number of small SiO2 crystals exist in the SiO2 glass cladding layer of package ferric oxide red pigments.
