政府财政政策与经济增长转型——基于R&D驱动经济增长框架的分析 被引量：2

摘要 本文在Jones(1995)的R&D驱动的经济中内生化人力资本积累,进而考察了政府财政政策对经济增长的影响。研究发现:政府财政政策是实现经济增长转型的重要条件。政府财政选择不同,经济增长模式不同,经济所处的发展阶段也存在较大差异。本文认为:一些国家经济发展水平较低,主要是因为这些国家的财政支持不到位,没有实现经济增长转型,如果这些国家政府对教育和研发给予较高的财政补贴,则可能实现更快的经济增长。
