音乐电针对脑出血大鼠脑组织超微结构的保护作用 被引量:1

Protective Effect on Musical Electro-acupuncture Therapeutic Effects in Brain Ultrastructure in Intracerebral Hemorrhage Rats

摘要 目的通过观察脑出血模型大鼠血肿周围脑组织超微结构变化,探讨音乐电针治疗脑出血的效应及相关机理。方法胶原酶加肝素注入脑尾状核诱导脑出血模型,SD成年大鼠30只随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组。治疗组针刺曲池、合谷、髀关、足三里,接音乐电针仪,30分钟,每日一次。14d后,取血肿周围脑组织作超微结构观察和线粒体体视学定量分析。结果治疗组血肿周围脑组织超微结构损害较模型组明显减轻,线粒体体视学检测治疗组与正常组比较差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组较模型组有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论音乐电针对脑出血模型大鼠血肿周围脑组织具有明显的保护作用并增强其抗损伤修复能力。 Objective To study the effects and the possible mechanisms of Musical Electro-acupuncture therapy by observing ultrastructure change of the tissues of perihe-matoma in Intracerebral Hemorrhage rats.Methods 30 SD rats were divided into 3 groups at random:normal group,model group,and treatment group.Collagenase and heparin were injected into caudate nucleus to establish Intracerebral Hemorrhage rat.Treatment group were Musical-electroacupunctured with the points such as "quchi","hegu","zusanli","biguan" for 30min.To observe and valuate ultrastructure change of the tissues of perihe-matoma between groups after 14days.Results Treatment group’s ultrastructure damage around the hematoma was markedly improved,and stereological detection of mitochondria in treatment group as compared with normal group was not significant difference,no statistical significance (P0.05),but with model group,very significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion Musical Electro-acupuncture therapy can protect tissue around the hematoma from be damaged and improve rapaired capacity.
