This paper lays emphasis on the relationship between the plight of the new policy of late Qing dynasty and the Revolution of 1911.It reveals the harsh realities that existed in late Qing dynasty,including the corruption of officials,the obsequious attitude of the imperial court to the powers,and the government's difference and exploitation to the people.All these aroused people's disappointment and grudge against the government and led to the generation and breakout of the 1911 Revolution.
