摘要
目的总结15例胃肠道瘘的初步诊治经验。方法对15例胃肠道瘘的发生时间、部位、手术类型、病理生理及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果术后至发生胄肠道瘘的平均时间为4．3d，窦道愈合时间30～105d，平均愈合时间46d，治愈率93.3％。讨论采取综合治疗，早期有效引流，控制感染．营养支持治疗，早期序贳应用生长抑素加生长激素，能有效提高消化瘘治愈率。
Objective To summarize the elementary experience of diagnosis and treatment in 15 cases with gastrointestinal tract fistulas. Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with gastrointestinal tract fistula were analyzed retrospectively,which included time of occurrence,category of operation,pathophysiologic and therapeutic results. Results In these patients,the average time of operation to occurrence of gastrointestinal tract fistulas was 4.3 days.The time of fistula healing is between 30 days and 105 days,and the average time is 46 days.The cure rate was 93.3%.Conclusion Take comprehensive treatment.Early effective drainage,controlling infection,nutritional support and early use of somatostatin and somatropin can effectively improve cure rate.
