GB/T19001-2008标准和GB/T24001-200 4、GB/T18001-2001之间有一个基本的共同点,就是都要求组织按照"PDCA"循环的过程方法,建立过程模式的管理体系,进而实现管理的持续改进。过程方法,也正是质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系结合审核的基本方法。运用过程方法建立过程模式的质量/环境/职业健康安全一体化管理体系(以下简称一体化管理体系),需要通过识别组织管理体系内诸多管理过程,以各个管理过程内相互关联的业务活动为基本单元,在各个业务活动中体现相关的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理要求;并以管理过程为基本脉络,建立一体化的质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系。在质量管理体系中,其直接过程是与产品实现有关的过程,其它过程则为支持性过程;同样,在环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系中,其直接过程分别是环境绩效和职业健康安全绩效实现过程,其它的则为支持性过程。在一体化管理体系建立的过程中,主要地是对3个管理体系的直接过程进行整合,而3个管理体系的支持性过程则可以兼容共享。

Standards of GB/T19001-2008 GB/T24001-2004 and GB/T18001-2001 have a basic in common, and that is all systems require the organization in accordant with the process of PDCA cycle method to establish the process model of management system, and then to achieve the continuous improvement of management. Process method is the basic method of combined ＇audit with Quality management system Environmental management system and the occupational health and safety management system. In the quality management system, the process is directly related to the product realization process,and other process is supporting process. In the environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system its directly process were environmental performance and occupational health and safety performance realization process, and others for supporting process. In the process of management system integrated establishing the primary is to integrate the direct process of the three management system,while the three integrated management system supporting process can be compatible with sharing.
