Construction of shahe glass industry technology platform throgh a novel cooperation pattern

沙河市素有"玻璃城"之称,玻璃产业在沙河的国民经济中占有重要的地位,然而随着沙河玻璃产业的迅猛发展,许多制约沙河玻璃产业可持续发展的问题显露出来,诸如品种单一,产业结构不合理;成本偏高,产品质量不稳定;产业链短,产品深加工程度低;废气污染,环境负面影响大;缺乏技术平台,自主创新能力不足等。针对这些问题,本文构建了"政产学研"合作模式,依托政府力量,打造科技创新共性技术服务平台;强化服务功能,支撑区域经济和产业集群创新发展;创新运行机制,推进技术服务平台持续高效运转,以提升沙河玻璃产业的可持续发展能力。

Shahe is known as the city of glass, where glass industry occupies an important position in the national economy However,with the rapid development of glass industry in Shahe,lots of problems were revealed,which severely restricted the sustainable development of glass industry in Shahe.The species of product was single and industrial structure was not reasonable;the cost was high and product quality was not stable;the industry chain was short and degree of deep processing products was low;the environmental polution was severe and environmental impact was negative;the technical platform lacked and independent innovation ability was insufficient.To solve these problems,a novel cooperation pattern about combination of government,industry,study and research was constructed in this study. Relying on government power makes science and technology innovation of common technology service platform; strengthening the service function supports area economy and industrial clusters innovation development;innovating operation mechanism promots technical service platform for high efficiency,in order to improve the sustainable development capacity of glass industry in Shahe.
