摘要
本文分析了饰面清水混凝土观感质量容易出现的几个缺陷,例如螺栓孔轮廓不圆润、多熊猫眼、堵孔不规则,施工明缝接茬不平顺、装饰明缝多泛砂,蝉缝不匀直,混凝土表面多气泡、云彩、起砂等,并针对这些问题,从堵头、明缝条、卡片、模板制作安装等方面,提出了系统性的技术改进与管理措施,有效提高了饰面清水混凝土的观感质量。
Some drawbacks of fair-faced Finishing concrete appearance quality is analyzed in this article,such as the outline of the bolt hole is not rounded,more holes,pore blocking irregular,construction of seamless convergence is not smooth,decorative gap exposed sand,cicada uneven seam straight,surface bubbles,surface clouds,surface sand. Based on the problems,with the plugs,dividers,clamps,templates and so on,some technical improvements and management measures are taken to improve fair-faced finishing concrete appearance quality.
