摘要
针对天平铁路六盘山特长隧道的特点为单线特长隧道,工作面独头掘进段落长,工序干扰大,施工通风困难,工期紧张,为全线控制性工程之一;同时,隧道穿越中等富水区及弱富水区,涌水量大,且长距离反坡排水,施工排水难度大等工程特点。为实现2012年2月29日新建天平铁路六盘山隧道工程全面完工的建设总体目标,杜绝生产安全重特大事故和铁路交通重特大事故,减少较大和一般安全事故的安全目标,工程竣工后符合国家和铁道部有关标准、规范及设计文件要求,工程一次验收合格率100%,主体工程质量零缺陷的质量目标,结合现场施工特点,制定了相关的施工技术放案,确保了六盘山特长隧道顺利施工。
