网络时代的到来使直接以青少年为工作对象的学校共青团工作面临着从未有过的挑战和机遇。共青团要想稳住阵脚,继续充当好服务青少年的排头兵,必须根据青少年的新特点和网络的特性,在以往经验的基础上继承与创新地开展工作,最终实现网上、网下"两线作战、联动并进"的整体转型。

The advent of the cyber era brings more challenges and opportunities than ever for the work of the CYL（Chinese Youth League） in schools,which works mainly for the youngsters.In order to maintain its position and continue to serve the youngsters as the leading organization,the CYL should carry out the work with the inheritance and innovation,based on its former experiences as well as the new characteristics of the youngsters and features of the Internet.Thus the overall transformation can ultimately be realized online and offline as ＂working on two fronts with linkage＂.
