建立高等教育人才评价模式的有效性探讨

摘要 在我国高校教学改革已全方位展开的今天,人才评价模式的改革严重滞后并制约着高校的教学改革。传统的人才评价模式存在重知识轻能力、重定量轻定性、重主体轻客体等弊端,因此,必须通过转变教师的授课观、学生的学习观、学校的考核观等方式转变教育观念,提高高等教育人才评价模式的有效性。同时,还可以通过评价内容多元化、评价方式全面化、评价标准分层化等措施,建立健全人才评价机制,保障人才评价模式的有效性。 Today,Chinese reform of higher education has already been evolving,but the reform regarding the mode of evaluating qualified people is lagging seriously and restricts the educational reform in colleges and universities.Traditional modes had negative sides such as valuing knowledge,quantity and subject while overlooking ability,quality and object.So it is essential to transform educational concepts by changing the views of teachers' teaching,students' learning and schools' examinations so as to enhance the effectiveness of this evaluation model.Meanwhile,assessment systems can also be established and improved to ensure the effectiveness of this mode through the following measures: diversification of its contents,generalization of its methods and delamination of its standards.
