HPLC法测定益心口服液中人参皂苷的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside in Yixin Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:建立益心口服液中人参皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱采用Thermo BDS Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长203 nm;流动相:乙睛-0.05%磷酸溶液(22∶78)。结果:人参皂苷Rg1,Re分别在0.7464～3.732μg和0.881 6～4.408μg范围,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.76%和97.65%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,适用于益心口服液的质量控制。

Ojective： To establish an analytical method of determinating Ginsenoside in Yixin Oral solution by HPLC. Methods ： Giosenoside RgI and Ginsenoside Re in the capsule were separated by HPLC on C18 column（4. 6 mm× 250 mm,5μm）with a CH3 CN- 0. 05 mol· L -1 H3 po4 （22：78 ） as mobile phase and detected at 203 mn. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min -i. Results： There was a good linear relationship with a rang of 0. 746 4 - 3. 732 μg for Ginsenoside Rg1 and 0. 881 6 -4. 408 μg for Ginsenoside Re , the average recovery rate were 96. 76% and 97.65%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is accurate, rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of Panax Ginseng in Zhibao Bushen Capsule.
