摘要 目的:研究长筒石蒜鳞茎的化学成分。方法:采用多种层析分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从长筒石蒜鳞茎中分离得到6个生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为:文殊兰碱(1)、石蒜西啶醇(2)、Squamigine(3)、11-羟基文殊兰碱(4)、Pancracine(5)、石蒜碱(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Bulbs of Lycoris longituba.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as Crinine(1),Narciclasine(2),Squamigine(3),11-Hydroxyvittatine(4),Pancracine(5),Lycorine(6).Conclusion: Compounds 1~6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
