摘要 干细胞(stem cells)是一类具有自我复制能力的多潜能细胞,在一定的环境条件下,它可分化成具有不同生理功能的细胞,近年来对它在创伤愈合和组织修复过程中的作用日益受到更多研究者的重视本文将不同组织来源的干细胞,包括骨髓来源干细胞、脂肪来源干细胞、皮肤来源干细胞、脐带及羊膜来源干细胞以及相关生长因子等在创伤愈合中所产生的有益作用作一综述。 Stem cells are a kind of pluripotent cells which have the ability of self-renewal, and can diffrentiate into various of cells under certain conditions. Recently, the important role of stem c.ells in wound healing and tissue repai- ring has been paid great attention by more and more researchers. In this review, we mainly discussed functions of stem cells from differetat histological origins (bone marrow, adipose, skin, umbilical cord, amniotic membrane) and related growth factors in the process of wound healing.
