MEBO Combined with Ultrasonic Debridement Machine in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

目的观察湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法对27例糖尿病足患者采用常规内科及局部换药疗法治疗,观察治愈、好转、显效的比例。结果治疗2个疗程后,治愈5例(18.5%),显效13例(48.1%),有效8例(29.6%),无效1例(3.7%),总有效率为96.3%。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足有较好的疗效。

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods A total of 27 patients with diabetic foot all received conventional internal medicine and dressing change therapy, proporiion of cura- tive, improved, and effective is observed. Results After 2 courses of treatment, 5 patients were cured （ 18.5% ） , and the treatment was obviously effective in 13 patients （48. 1% ） , effective in 8 patients （29. 6% ）, ineffective in l patient （ 3.7% ）. The total effective rate is 96.3%. Conclusion MEBO is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot.
