摘要
针对网络线缆分析仪近端串扰的校准,提出了一种利用阻抗转换器和步进衰减器来解决网络线缆分析仪和矢量网络分析仪量值传递中的阻抗不匹配、连接端口不同的难题的方法,并给出了详细的阻抗转换器的设计制作原理图。通过实验数据和不确定度评定分析,证明了阻抗转换器和步进衰减器校准近端串扰的有效性、可行性,为网络线缆分析仪校准规范的实施和执行提供了有效的技术补充。
In the calibration of near-end crosstalk（NEXT）of networks cable analyzer,it is proposed to use the impedance converter and step attenuator to solve the problems of impedance mismatch and different ports during the value transferring between the networks cable analyzer and the vector network analyzer.A detailed design schematic of the impedance converter is given.Through the experimental data analysis and uncertainty assessment,the effectiveness and feasibility of the impedance converter and step attenuator for the calibration of NEXT are demonstrated,which provides an effective technical supplement for the implementation of the networks cable analyzer calibration specification.
