摘要
研究了竹粉含量对竹粉/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)木塑复合材料力学性能的影响,并采用苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐无规共聚物(SMA)和ABS接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)两种相容剂来改善竹粉与ABS之间的界面结合。研究表明,SMA能有效改善复合材料的界面相容性,提高复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性,但对其毛细管流变性能影响不大。
The effect of bamboo content on the mechanical properties of bamboo/ABS composites was investigated in this paper,and two different coupling agents SMA and ABS-g-MAH were used to improve the interfacial strength of bamboo-ABS matrix.The results indicate,SMA can improve effectively the bamboo matrix interface binding state of the composites,and a remarkable increase in its mechanical properties and thermostability can be obtained,but had little influence on the capillary rheological properties of the composites.
