胶粉沥青混合料配合比设计优化

摘要 为确定胶粉沥青混合料的最优配比方案,采用主骨架空隙填充法进行混合料级配设计,以目标空隙率作为主要控制指标,矿料间隙率、沥青饱和度等其他体积指标及马歇尔稳定度作为一般控制指标,同时对比研究了不同胶粉掺量对胶粉改性沥青混合料最佳油石比的影响效果。结果表明:采用主骨架空隙填充法(即CAVF法)进行胶粉改性沥青混合料级配设计,能有效解决胶粉颗粒对矿料骨架的干涉作用,设计级配方案最佳油石比为7.0%;胶粉掺量对混合料最佳油石比影响微小,可忽略不计。 In order to define the most optimized mixing ratio scheme of crumb rubber asphalt mixture,the coarse aggregate voids-filling method(CAVF) is used to design the mixture gradation.The objective void as the main control index and the other volume indexes of voids in mineral aggregate and asphalt saturation as well as Marshall stability as the general control indexes contrast and research the influence effect of the different crumb rubber dosages on the most optimized asphalt aggregate ratio of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture.The results show that the interference of crumb rubber on the mineral aggregate can be avoided by using coarse aggregate voids-filling method(CAVF) to design the crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture.The best asphalt aggregate ratio of design gradation scheme is 7.0%.The influence of crumb rubber dosage on the most optimized asphalt aggregate ratio of the mixture is too small to be ignored.
